Return Policy
Returns on Perishable Items:
All perishable items are final sale. Because fresh flowers, bouquets and arrangements containing fresh flowers, and any confections or food items are perishable, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- All issues must be reported within 24 hours of pick‑up or delivery. If you are calling after hours, please leave a message with your phone number and a time to reach you, and we will respond the next business day.
- After reviewing the reason for the return, a replacement may be provided.
- Due to the perishable nature of these items, refunds are not issued. If the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement, an in‑store credit may be offered.
- Conditions outside of our control — such as overheating, freezing, broken flowers from mishandling, or failure to recut stems and properly hydrate them — may void our guarantee.
- Returns are accepted on a quality basis only. Personal preference (e.g., “not liking” the arrangement) is not valid grounds for a return.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns on Non‑Perishable Items:
Returns for non‑perishable items must be requested and the item(s) returned within 14 days of purchase, pick‑up, or delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
