  • Where do you deliver?

    We provide delivery services to Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure about your location, please contact us at 612-886-3774 to confirm. Our online ordering system will also indicate if your desired delivery location is within our range. For addresses slightly beyond our usual range, we may still be able to accommodate your request, so don't hesitate to call us.
  • How much is delivery?

    Our delivery fees range from $5 to $35, depending on the distance from our studio and the time required to complete the delivery. The fee is calculated at checkout based on the delivery zip code. We use these fees to help cover the costs of fairly compensating our drivers for their time and vehicle use.
  • Is there an order minimum for delivery?

    Yes, we require a minimum order of $50 before delivery fee and sales tax for all delivery orders. Please note that the delivery fee is an additional charge on top of this minimum.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

    We do offer same-day delivery, subject to availability. For same-day service, please call our studio at 612-886-3774 to confirm availability and place your order. Please note that our Minneapolis studio is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, so same-day delivery is not available on these days. For orders on these days, please use our online system or email us at hello@studioemme.us. We'll respond when we return to the studio, typically by Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

    We offer Saturday deliveries and deliveries on select holidays such as Valentine's day and Mother's day. We don't deliver on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's day as we're closed. Holiday deliveries are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend ordering in advance. If our online system doesn't allow selection of a specific holiday date, it may mean we're not delivering that day or have limited availability. Please call us at 612-886-3774 to confirm availability for holiday deliveries.
  • What if the recipient is not there?

    Our policy is to ensure someone is present to receive the flowers. We require the recipient's phone number and will contact them to provide an estimated delivery time. For apartment or condo deliveries, we'll contact the recipient upon arrival for further instructions. If the recipient isn't available, we'll arrange an alternative delivery time that suits them. We won't leave flowers unattended unless the recipient has confirmed they're aware of the delivery and will be available shortly after, or has arranged for someone else to accept the delivery. We also won't leave flowers if the temperature is below 40°F or during inclement weather.
